(1) Device information: When you interact with our smart positioning terminal, we may automatically collect device information, such as the SN number of the device , base station information, application Program version numbers, push notification identifiers, log files and mobile network information.
(2) Usage information: During your interaction with our website services, we may automatically collect usage information related to visits, clicks, downloads, sending/receiving messages and other usage of our websites and services. For example, when you use the device connection, location viewing, or historical trajectory functions or services of "Trace Pet," we may request camera access, file read/write, and external storage permissions. If you refuse these system permissions, you will not be able to use the corresponding functions.
(3) Log information: When you use " Trace Pet ", system and exception logs may be uploaded. We rely on these log information to provide you with services and ensure the secure operation of your smart mobile positioning terminal. 2.How we use session tokens and similar technologies
To provide you with a more convenient browsing experience, we may collect and store relevant data about your interactions with our services using various technologies. This enables us to identify your identity for subsequent visits and analyze the data to offer you better and personalized services. We may employ small data files, such as session tokens, to recognize your identity. This helps us understand your usage patterns, eliminates the need for repetitive input of account information, and assists in assessing your login status and account security. These data files can include session tokens or other locally stored information associated with your application (collectively referred to as "session tokens").
We do not use session tokens for any purposes other than those described in this privacy policy. The session token is primarily used for user authentication during interactive sessions, serving as a unique identifier for user login to our systems. Your login status will be saved for 7 days. After this period expires, you will need to re-enter your account information when logging in.

(2) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any companies, organizations, or individuals, except in the following cases:
1.Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties.

6) When it involves commercial secrets.
7. Protection of Minors' Personal Information

The effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and resolution of disputes of this agreement, as well as any disputes, claims, or matters arising from or related to your use of the platform or services and this agreement, shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). Any disputes between you and us or the platform shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to Huizhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
If a user violates any provision of this agreement, BSJ has the right to request the user to assume liability for breach, including but not limited to attorney's fees, litigation costs, travel expenses, preservation costs, etc., which shall be borne by the user.
11. Language
Unless otherwise provided by law, in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the local language of this privacy policy, the English version shall prevail.

6.India
